2. Getting Started

Step 1: Powering On 

• Plug one end of the power adapter to the input socket of your Neon Brothers sign.
• Insert the adapter into a normal electric outlet at the wall.
• If a switch is provided on the cord and the remote control, use any of both to switch on the sign.

Step 2: Adjusting Brightness & Modes (Optional)

• Use the remote control to adjust brightness levels.
• Switch between lighting modes (steady, flashing, etc.) using the mode buttons on the remote.

3. Mounting Your Neon Sign

Easily install your neon sign with one of these secure mounting options:

Wall Mounting (Screws & Bolts) – A permanent and sturdy setup, ideal for homes and businesses.

• Step 1: Choose the location where you want to hang your sign.
• Step 2: Mark the spots for drilling based on the mounting holes on the sign.
• Step 3: Drill the holes and insert the provided wall plugs.
• Step 4: Securely attach the sign to the wall using screws.

Hanging with a Chain – A floating effect perfect for shops, events, or decorative spaces.

• Step 1: Attach the provided chain to the mounting points on the sign.
• Step 2: Hang the sign from a secure hook or ceiling fixture.

3M Adhesive Strips – A no-drill, damage-free option for smooth surfaces.

• Step 1: Clean the surface where you want to mount the sign.
• Step 2: Peel off the adhesive backing and carefully stick the sign in place.
• Step 3: Press firmly and hold for a few seconds for a strong grip.

4. Troubleshooting

Sign Doesn’t Turn On:

• Check the power connection and ensure the adapter is properly plugged in.
• Try a different outlet to rule out power supply issues.

Remote Control Not Working:

• Ensure the remote has batteries installed and they are functioning.
• Point the remote directly at the sign, within range.

Sign Flickering or Dimming:

• Check the power supply and ensure the voltage is stable.
• Try reducing the brightness or switching modes to see if the issue persists.

5. Care & Maintenance
