What materials are 3D channel letters made from?+
Sides and returns are fabricated from stainless steel (Grade 316 for coastal areas like Perth) or aluminium (lighter, more economical). Letter faces use cast acrylic (UV-stable, won't yellow) or polycarbonate (impact-resistant). Internal LED modules provide illumination. All letters use CE-certified Meanwell LED drivers sized at 1.2× the load for longevity.
