Project Overview
CapX Espresso approached Neon Brothers to upgrade their storefront signage. The site previously featured a “Huskk Espresso” sign, which needed to be replaced with the new CapX Espresso branding. The client initially considered replacing the entire lightbox units along with the addition of a new 3D illuminated feature sign. After reviewing the project details, our team recommended keeping the existing box frames and replacing only the front panels. This smarter, 5x cost-effective approach maintained structural integrity while giving the storefront a completely refreshed look.
Since the original signage dimensions were based on the previous “Huskk Espresso” setup, our team carried out an on-site inspection to take accurate measurements and ensure the new CapX Espresso sign aligned perfectly with the existing framework.
Design & Production
Following the inspection, our design team recreated the CapX Espresso logo as a custom 3D illuminated sign, matching the exact dimensions and placement of the old signage. The new front panels were fabricated to fit seamlessly within the existing lightbox structures, ensuring a cohesive, modern, and visually striking result.
Delivery & Coordination
Once production was completed, both signage components were packed and shipped with full tracking. Our coordination team closely monitored both shipments, providing regular updates and ensuring the client received everything safely and on time for installation.
Installation & Site Compliance
During installation, site management requested specific safety measures, including the use of harnesses for rooftop access. Our team promptly adjusted the schedule to meet all compliance requirements. A minor on-site adjustment was also made for panel alignment, ensuring a flawless final fit.
Outcome
The new CapX Espresso storefront now features a bold 3D illuminated logo paired with refreshed lightbox panels—delivering a clean, professional finish that enhances the café’s visual identity while retaining the structural efficiency of the original setup.
