Design Approval
Your sign is drafted to exact size and shape. Nothing goes to the shop floor until you approve the proof. Before anything touches the workshop floor, we send you a fully dimensioned proof — exact size in millimetres, precise colours, and the final font outline. Nothing is guessed. You see exactly what will be cut, wired, and shipped, and nothing goes into production until you sign off on it.
Precision Cutting
CNC-cut backing and hand-prepped acrylic. Every edge cut to your approved outline.Once your design is approved, it goes straight to our CNC machines. The backing is cut and acrylic letters are shaped to your exact approved outline — no manual guesswork, no mismatched edges. Every letter, curve, and corner comes out matching the proof you signed off on.
LED Install & Wiring
LED strip laid to your design by hand, wired and secured for a clean finish.LED strip is laid by hand behind every letter, following your approved design exactly. Once wiring is complete, we power the sign on right there in the workshop — checking brightness, colour, and connections before it ever gets packed. If it doesn't light up perfectly, it doesn't ship.
Quality Testing
Every sign powered on and checked before it leaves the workshop.Before any sign is packed, it goes through a full round of testing — not just a power-on glance. We check every solder point and wire connection, calibrate colour and brightness against the approved proof, water-test for durability, and log the diagnostics for our records. Only a sign that passes all four checks moves to packaging.
Packaging & Shipping
Custom-packed to survive transit, then shipped Australia-wide.Every sign is individually bubble-wrapped and nested in a custom-fitted, foam-lined box — not a generic carton. Letters are separated and cushioned so nothing shifts or scratches in transit, wiring is bundled and secured, and the box is labelled and sealed before it leaves the workshop. Whether it's going across the city or across the country, it arrives exactly how it left us.
Installation
Arrives ready to hang, or book our install service.Your sign arrives with pre-drilled mounting holes, wall plugs, and screws — no cutting, no soldering, no electrician required. Mark the wall, drill, hang, and plug into a standard power outlet. Most signs are up and lit within 15–20 minutes, guided by our step-by-step install video. Prefer not to DIY?
